Traços Comportamentais e Predisposição Genética Compatíveis para Prevenção de Transtornos Mentais

Todos os indivíduos possuem predisposições para um ou mais transtornos mentais. O desenvolvimento efetivo de um transtorno mental é resultado da manifestação dessas predisposições, influenciado por eventos específicos. O artigo foca na validação de estratégias preventivas para transtornos mentais através de revisão bibliográfica extensiva. Destaca-se que tanto análises genéticas quanto avaliações de traços comportamentais são instrumentos eficazes na prevenção dessas condições. O estudo reforça a importância de identificar precocemente indicadores tanto genéticos quanto comportamentais, como medida proativa na mitigação do desenvolvimento de transtornos mentais.
